Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can and use it only to make and deliver your video.

What we collect

Your order brief: email, name (optional), product URL, what the video should say, links to your assets and references, and your choices (type, length, format, voiceover, deadline).
Basic technical data: your country (from Cloudflare) and your IP address, used only to block spam and abuse. IP addresses are kept for about an hour.
Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To make your video, deliver it, handle revisions and answer your emails.
We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a newsletter.

Where it's stored

Orders are stored on Cloudflare. The files you share stay wherever you host them (for example Google Drive or Dropbox); we download them only to make your video. Your brief and materials may be processed by AI tools we use to build the video, including Anthropic's Claude.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for up to 2 years for support and accounting, then delete them. Ask us any time and we'll delete your order data sooner, unless we have to keep payment records by law.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. If you press "Play" on an example video, X (Twitter) loads its player and may set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing us.
