Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your video. Here's exactly how refunds work.

Full refund

  • Before we start: cancel any time before delivery of the first cut for a full refund.
  • Not happy after 3 revisions: if the video still isn't right after up to 3 rounds of revisions, reply within 14 days of the first delivery and we'll refund the full $50.
  • We can't take the order: if your order falls outside what we make (see our terms), we refund it in full.

How to ask

Reply to your delivery email or write to hello@opus5video.com with your order number (it starts with "OV-"). Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you get a refund

Please don't use the delivered video after a refund.
