Terms of service

These terms cover videos ordered on opus5video.com ("Opus 5 Video", "we", "us"). By submitting an order you agree to them.

What you get

  • One motion-graphics video up to 30 seconds long, 1080p MP4, in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1, for $50 USD.
  • Royalty-free music and sound effects, and an optional English AI voiceover.
  • Delivery by email within 48 hours after payment. If we need to ask you something about your brief, the 48 hours start when you reply.
  • Up to 3 rounds of revisions, requested by replying to the delivery email within 14 days. A revision changes the delivered video (text, timing, colors, order of shots, music); a completely different concept counts as a new order.

How the video is made

Videos are written as code with the help of AI models, including Anthropic's Claude Opus 5.5, then rendered, reviewed and finished by a person. We are an independent studio, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Videos are motion graphics - we do not create photorealistic footage of real people.

Your materials

  • You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us (logos, screenshots, recordings, text, music).
  • You give us permission to use those materials only to make and deliver your video.
  • We don't accept orders that impersonate real people or brands you don't own, make false or misleading claims, or involve adult content, gambling, weapons, political campaigning, or financial "get rich" schemes. If an order falls into these categories we'll refund it.

Ownership and use

Once paid, the delivered video is yours to use for any lawful purpose, including paid ads. Music we add is licensed for this use. We may keep a copy for our records; we will only show your video publicly as a portfolio sample if you say yes.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken up front through our payment provider. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Limits

We do our best to deliver on time and to your brief, but we're not liable for indirect losses (for example, a missed launch). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
