Opus 5.5 video starter kit
The project files behind the Opus 5.5 sample videos on this site: three finished example projects you re-render on your own machine in one command, the pipeline that turns an HTML scene into an MP4 with music, sound effects and voiceover, and the prompts that make Claude Code adapt an example to your product.
Short answer: $9, one payment, instant download. You get three working video projects (a 21-second launch video, a 12-second vertical ad with voiceover, a 6-second logo intro), the renderer, the QA report, three Claude Code prompts and the script templates. Runs on macOS and Linux with Node.js, Python and FFmpeg. Does not run on your machine? Full refund within 7 days.
The three example projects you get
These are the same projects that rendered the sample videos on our homepage. Each one is a folder with a timeline, the animation code, the music written in code and, for the vertical ad, the voiceover script. Change the texts and screenshots, run the render command, and the video is yours.
Launch video, 21 s, 16:9One orange shape morphs from a play button into the order form, a timeline, an email and the logo. Music only. Folder: launch-16x9.
Vertical ad, 12 s, 9:16A habit app ad for Reels and Shorts with an English voiceover generated on your machine, beat-matched sound effects and captions. Folder: vertical-ad-9x16.
Logo intro, 6 s, 16:9A logo reveal with a rising air sound, a low hit on landing and a closing chord. Renders in about a minute, so start here. Folder: logo-intro-16x9.
Everything in the download
- kit/render.shOne command from project folder to finished MP4: voiceover, music and sound effects, frames, encode, QA report.
kit/render.sh launch-16x9 1920 1080 21 - kit/render-frames.cjs and render_blur.cjsPlaywright frame renderer with parallel workers; the blur version samples 4 sub-frames per frame for real motion blur at 60 fps.
- kit/encode-video.py and qa-video.pyffmpeg encode with the audio track, then a report on frozen frames, single-frame jumps, black frames and loudness, plus a contact sheet and a phone-size contact sheet.
- kit/kit.jsThe animation helpers every example uses: spring motion, easing, enter and exit presets, a timeline that draws any frame from the time alone.
- kit/audio_kit.py and tts.pyMusic and sound effects generated in code from the same timeline as the picture, voiceover with free neural voices, automatic ducking under speech.
- prompts/kit-prompts.mdThree prompts for Claude Code: adapt an example to your product, turn your script into a new project, review and fix a render. Each one asks for stills before the full render.
- prompts/video-prompts.md and templates/script-templates.mdThe six prompt templates and the 30-second and 15-second script structures from this site, in one file each, ready to fill in.
- Setup guide and licenseTen-minute setup, how each example is built, troubleshooting, and a license that covers commercial use of what you make.
How you use it
Render an example as it is
Unzip, install Playwright with one
npm install, runkit/render.sh logo-intro-16x9 1920 1080 6. Open the MP4 and the QA report. About ten minutes, most of it the install.Make it yours with Claude Code
Open the folder in Claude Code and paste prompt 1. Claude reads the example, writes the facts table from your website, swaps copy, colors, logo and screenshots, keeps the timing that already works, and shows you one still per shot before it renders.
Render, check, post
The QA report flags frozen frames, jumps and loudness. Fix one thing at a time with prompt 3, re-render, post the MP4.
What you need
macOS or Linux (Windows through WSL). Node.js 20 or newer, Python 3.10 or newer with NumPy, FFmpeg, and Google Chrome or Playwright's Chromium. Internet during a render for the open-source fonts and the voiceover. A 21-second 1080p render takes a few minutes on a laptop.
Starter kit FAQ
What exactly is in the Opus 5.5 video starter kit?
A zip with three example video projects (launch video, vertical ad with voiceover, logo intro), the render pipeline (frame renderer, encoder, QA report, animation helpers, code-made music and sound, voiceover), three Claude Code prompts, the six video prompt templates, the script templates, a README and the license.
Do I need to know how to code?
You need to be comfortable running a few terminal commands. For the changes themselves, Claude Code does the editing: the kit includes the prompts that tell it what to read, what to keep and when to show you stills.
How is the kit different from the free prompts page?
The prompts give you the words. The kit gives you the working projects those words produce after the tuning: timeline, animation code, music, voiceover, renderer and QA, already matched to each other. Start from a finished video instead of a blank folder.
Can I use the videos I make commercially?
Yes. Use the kit to make videos for yourself, your company or your clients, including ads. The only thing the license excludes is reselling or redistributing the kit itself.
When do I get the download?
Right after payment, on the page Stripe sends you back to. The link stays valid for 30 days, and Stripe emails you a receipt.
What if it does not run on my machine?
Email hello@opus5video.com within 7 days of purchase with the error you see. We help you get it running, or refund the $9 in full.
